Prism Sound Titan Dante (FREE SHIPPING)
The introduction of Prism Sound’s Dante module extends the range of I/O options Titan, which also includes an MDIO card option that provides a compatible connection for Pro Tools hardware.
The Prism Sound TITAN Now has DANTE! 4 analogue Mic in and 4 Line inputs and 8 Analogue outputs with the most ultimate pristine AD/DA conversion. The Atlas is a USB interface but is also configurable with expansion cards which will allow it to interface with a Pro Tools HDX card and now with a DANTE card allowing audio over IP which is quickly becoming the industry standard in modern recording studios.
Low distortion, extremely neutral mic pre-design has gained a cult popularity amongst existing Prism Sound users and we are pleased to be able to offer a single box 4 channel solution for producers, artists and engineers demanding high-quality front-end with the added benefits of Prism Sound A/D and D/A conversion.
DANTE allows the user flexibility to run multiple interfaces all together as one. Combine that with PRISM SOUND's elite analogue to digital converters this new TITAN DANTE is something we are really excited about.
Perfect for for professional musicians, songwriters, engineers and producers as well as recording studios, post production facilities and scoring stages. Titan is a DANTE multi-track audio interface for personal recording and sound production, for professional musicians, songwriters, engineers and producers as well as recording studios, post production facilities and scoring stages. Titan is ideal for music and sound recording, multitracking, overdubbing, stem-based mastering, analogue summing and critical listening applications.
Titan support Prism Sound’s MDIO expansion cards, which provide alternative “host” connections. The “host” is usually a computer and the Titan interface provides a means of connection between the host and the external analogue and digital audio I/O ports.
Without the MDIO expansion card fitted, the host connection would always be the default USB connection.
The MDIO expansion slot provides an alternative host connection. It does not necessarily disable the USB port, but in the case of the Pro Tools interface MDIO-PTHDX, the USB port is switched off when the Pro Tools interface is to be used.
Currently, only the MDIO-PTHDX expansion card is available. Others may be produced later.
